Delivery

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Typically, for orders within India, delivery takes 5 to 7 business days after your order is processed. For orders from the USA, delivery may take 10 to 15 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as your location, product availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Please note that a nominal COD charge may be applicable.

We offer a hassle-free return policy within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

International Ordering & Shipping Policy

For all international orders, customers can easily return products within a 7 day window and self-ship the products . The order needs to be sent back to the following address –

Once we receive the product(s), it will go through a quality check at our warehouse and we will then initiate the refund in your source account within 24-48 business hours.

Please note that the refund amount will be calculated post deducting the import charges and shipping and handling costs.

No returns or exchange applicable on Jewellery and Customized items altered as per your body measurements. Please note, the outfit may be intentionally tailored with one inch ease for a comfortable fit.

All international orders are sent through DHL and FedEx.

The average delivery time is 15-20 business days, depending on the country of residence.
