- Return of Items: Once your refund request is approved, you will be required to return the item in its original packaging. The return shipping cost will be covered by PramukhMart.in.
- Non-Refundable Items: Items that are not damaged or defective are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, items that show signs of use or wear, and those returned without the original packaging, will not be accepted.
- Refund Processing Time: After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the damage or defect. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
